How do Elaborate questions work?
Evaluate questions are injected at the end of a survey, using the whole session as context. Importantly: we will not ask a question if there is not something worth asking.
How do On the Spot questions work?
With this system we assess every participants answer for a follow up question in real time, so we don't miss an opportunity to help you dig deeper when needed.
How much will I be charged per response?
We do not charge you for a survey response, but we charge for any additional questions we inject into the survey. With the Evaluate question system on the max charge per 'response' would be $0.20. With the On the Spot question system it could be 2 or 3 more as we may ask more than 1 additional question.
Do you really mean unlimited responses & surveys?
Yes you can use our tool for free, our model is built around the additional learning & value we bring to you.
